Salads aren't normally a go to meal for me but this chicken spinach salad taste so good it's hard to pass up. This recipe is packed with protein leaving you feeling full and satisfied. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
Chicken Garbanzo Spinach Salad
Ingredients:
5 oz. pre-cooked chicken
2 cups spinach
65 grams garbanzo beans
1/4 cup red onion
1 tbs apple cider vinegar
Pinch of salt, pinch of pepper to taste
Nutrition:
396 calories, 17 g carbs, 22 g fat, 32 g protein
Directions:
Chop spinach and place in large bowl, add vinegar and toss.
Chop red onion and sauté on medium high heat for 3-4 minutes
Add garbanzo beans to pan to heat adding salt and pepper.
Heat precooked chicken in microwave or pan.
Place all heated ingredients into your salad.
